Eight 30-minute radio quiz shows on HIV & AIDS and HIV prevention for secondary-school students. Duel des Jeunes Democrates (DJD) is a national radio quiz show in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). It airs in French on 65 stations around the country and is produced by Search for Common Ground (SFCG). The 30-minute quiz show is recorded during a live event that pits two secondary schools against each other, in a different school, city, or province each week. The two teams of students vie to answer the most questions correctly in front of about 200 students and teachers. While the quiz show usually focuses on democracy, governance, and citizenship, SFCG produced this special series of eight programs that focus on HIV and AIDS and behavior change with technical assistance on behavior change messaging and financial programming support from C-Change.
